Here is a philosophical question to get you thinking. Yes, we have rights. Rights like the right to life and security and the right that all humans are born equally. These are basic human rights. But there are some right that we are granted to take part in. One example of this is the right to vote. But my question to you is: is voting a civic virtue or a civic duty?

Just because we have the right to vote, does this mean we are obligated to vote?

This is an interesting philosophical and moral dilemma. What do you think?
